Neither Kelly nor I went to wine school. We took a wine club class about forty years ago, and it genuinely changed the way we looked at what was in our glass. Since then, wine has been woven into nearly every important moment of our lives—celebrations with friends, quiet dinners at home, discoveries in markets and restaurants around the world.

What we’ve learned is this: great wine doesn’t have to be complicated, expensive, or intimidating. It just has to taste good to you.
